Written guides to how Cyprus eats, by district, by season and by weekend. Stories from the Cyprus table sit beside them, and two standing pages explain the island to a visitor in one read.
The guides are the written half of CyprusBites. They exist because a list of venues does not teach you how a place eats. District guides, seasonal eating and weekend plans, newest first.
The blog sits beside them, for openings, seasonal eating and food stories written by people who actually eat there.
Two standing pages are worth knowing about. Eat like a local is about finding the taverna with no menu in five languages rather than the restaurant with the biggest sign on the seafront. Discover Cyprus is the island in one read, for somebody who has a handful of meals here and wants to spend them well.
No venue pays to be named in any of it. That is one of the promises on the Trust page, and it is the reason a mention is worth reading.
