Your statement, line by line

Every line on your statement is a verified outcome: a real person, at your table, confirmed rather than claimed. Nothing on it is a view, a click or an impression. Lines your allowance or your plan covered are shown greyed with the reason, so you can see what you did not pay for.

THE WHOLE POINT OF THIS PAGE is that you can check it. A statement you cannot audit is a statement you have to take on faith, and nobody should take an invoice on faith.

Each line names an outcome. A SEATED BOOKING is a guest who asked for a table, was accepted, and turned up. A QUIET HOURS CHECK IN is somebody who came in on a slow night offer and was confirmed there. Both are proven by arrival, not by a tap.

WHAT IS NOT ON HERE, AND NEVER WILL BE. Your food. CyprusBites takes nothing from a meal, an order or a bill. There is no percentage anywhere on this page, because there is no percentage anywhere in the product.

COVERED LINES. A line that cost you nothing still appears, greyed, with the reason: free allowance, included in plan, or waived. That is on purpose. A page that hid the free ones would make your allowance invisible and you would have no idea how much of it you were using.

STATEMENTS ARE INFORMATIONAL FOR NOW and nothing is collected automatically. If a line looks wrong, say so and we will make it right. Your invoices are kept, each one downloadable, under Billing.

What it looks like Your month shows eleven seated bookings and four boosted check ins. You count the Saturday ones against your own book and one of them was a no show you had already marked. You tell us. That line comes off. You did not have to prove anything, because the arrival record is ours to check too.

Worth knowing Read the statement next to My numbers, not on its own. The statement says what the platform did for you; My numbers says what the month did. Together they answer whether it was worth it, and separately neither does.
