It covers the parts you would actually notice: table requests, takeaway orders, the alerts that reach venues, and email.
Nothing on it is written by hand. It is a snapshot taken when you open it.
If it says everything is fine and your own thing is not, that is worth a ticket, because it means something is wrong that the page cannot see.
