Your Show-Up Score

Every time you book a table and turn up, CyprusBites remembers it, and turns it into a Show-Up Score you carry to every venue. It climbs from Building to Reliable to Proven. Cancelling early, or a venue cancelling on you, never counts against you. Reach Proven and some restaurants confirm your table the instant you book.

  1. Book a table and turn up, a pass scan or a check-in around your booking time both count
  2. Watch your score climb from Building to Reliable to Proven
  3. At Proven, venues that opt in confirm your table the moment you book

The score exists because a venue taking a booking from a stranger is taking a risk, and the only fair way to reduce it is to let people who do turn up carry proof of it.

It is portable. You earn it across the island and it travels to every venue, including one you have never been to.

Pressing I am here on your own booking does not move it, deliberately. A guest must never be able to mark themselves as having honoured a table. What moves it is the venue scanning you in.

You can see where you stand on My plate at any time.

What it looks like A venue that has never heard of you will hold a Saturday table for Proven without thinking about it. That is the whole value of the thing.
Worth knowing Only turning up matters. A fair early cancellation, or a venue that cancels on you, never dents your score.
