A help assistant that answers based on what CyprusBites actually does, not guesswork. If it cannot answer, it hands you to a real person instead of inventing something.
The assistant is grounded. It answers from the help catalog and from the way the platform is actually built, and it is deliberately bad at making things up.
When it does not know, it says so and offers to open a support ticket, carrying what you already typed so you do not write it twice.
It is help, not a concierge. If what you want is a restaurant rather than an answer, the Concierge is the other door, and it picks real venues.
