Forty Columns Fortress

Saranta Kolones (Forty Columns Fortress) is a Byzantine-era ruin inside the Kato Paphos Archaeological Park in Paphos. Dating to the late 12th century, the fortress takes its name from the many granite columns reused from earlier Roman buildings.
