Hidden down a side street in Peyia, Grande Cafe Bar Restaurant charms with its leafy courtyard and relaxed taverna feel. Evenings bring traditional Greek music in the background and a friendly team who keep service swift and welcoming. The menu leans into simple, hearty Cypriot favorites — an enormous, well-cooked pork chop is the star, alongside handmade sheftalia, grilled halloumi, garlicky cheese bread and prawns in a creamy sauce.
Drinks are well priced, from an easygoing Keo beer to classic cocktails that offer great value.
