Reviews, and what they cannot buy

NO PLAN BUYS A HIGHER PLACE IN RESULTS, and no amount of reviews does either. This is not modesty, it is the arrangement the whole platform is built on: the only thing that earns a venue placement here is a price only members get, because that is the one thing a venue cannot fake and a guest actually receives.

EVERY REVIEW IS MODERATED. Not one goes live the moment it is written, from any route: the website, the app, the table, or after a party. A person reads it first.

EVERY REVIEW SHOWS WHETHER THE VISIT WAS PROVEN. A review from somebody whose arrival we can prove wears that proof. One from somebody we cannot place in your venue does not. A guest reading your page can tell the difference, which is worth far more to you than a higher average.

YOUR STARS ARE MEMBER REVIEWS ONLY. We do not publish your Google rating as though it were ours. A venue with no member reviews yet shows no star rather than a borrowed one.

YOU CAN REPORT A REVIEW. There is a report link on every one, and it goes to a real process rather than a bin. A review that breaks the rules is dealt with properly. A review that is simply bad is not, and should not be.
