One short read every week that says what changed and what to do about it, instead of twenty reports. At most seven cards, each carrying the evidence for itself, and it arrives by email so you do not have to remember to look.
TWENTY REPORTS IS NOT INFORMATION, IT IS HOMEWORK. This is the opposite: at most seven cards, the most important thing first, and nothing on it that is not about your own venue.
EVERY CARD CARRIES ITS OWN EVIDENCE LINE. The number is shown with where it came from. The words around it only restate numbers the cards already produced, so there is no paragraph of narration quietly inventing a figure.
IT COSTS NOTHING AND IT IS INSTANT, because it is arithmetic over your own data rather than a question asked of anything expensive. It never invents a figure at the moment you open it.
IT IS BUILT WEEKLY AND EMAILED, and it snapshots where you stand so next week can tell you what moved rather than only where you are. If there is no stored one yet, the page builds you one on the spot.
IT LEARNS WHAT YOU CARE ABOUT. The kinds of card you open and act on are noted, and kinds you consistently ignore are damped down later. So a briefing you use gets more useful and a briefing you ignore gets shorter rather than louder.
IF THERE IS NOTHING WORTH SAYING, NO EMAIL IS SENT. A weekly email that goes out whether or not it has anything in it is an email you stop opening by March.
