ONE LETTER AT A TIME, AND THE NEXT ONE IS ONLY SCHEDULED WHEN THE LAST ONE GOES OUT. A schedule written in advance is a schedule that ignores what you said yesterday.

ANYTHING YOU DO COUNTS AS AN ANSWER. Replying. Declining. Clicking a link. Claiming your venue. Simply signing in. Any one of those stops the sequence, lifts any hold, and puts your name in front of a person with a date on it. You never have to find an unsubscribe link to make it stop; using the product makes it stop.

NEVER TWO LETTERS IN ONE MORNING. There is a minimum gap between any two letters to the same address, across everything, so two venues sharing one inbox cannot produce two emails before breakfast.

AND YOU CAN SAY NO. There is an opt-out link on every letter and it is honoured immediately.

ONCE YOU ARE IN, YOUR GUIDE IS THE HEALTH CHECKLIST on your listing page. It is a short ordered list of what is missing from your venue and what each gap is worth. That is your setup sequence, and it is better than a wizard because it is about your venue rather than about our features.
