On a table that takes orders from phones, you can ask for your own share rather than the whole table's. It is worked out from what you actually sent, so nobody does arithmetic on a napkin.
The tab knows who sent each round, which is the only honest basis for a split. Asking for just yours shows your own lines and your own total.
It is not a payment. You pay the venue the way you always would. This decides the number, not the money.
The whole table's bill is still there when you want it, so one person settling for everybody works exactly as before.
