AYA COOKS restaurant

Aya Cooks is a modern Middle Eastern restaurant on Vasileos Georgiou I in Potamos Germasogeias, Limassol, built around a sharing-plate concept and an open kitchen where you can watch the chefs at work. The menu leans on fresh and fermented local produce, oven-baked bread and seasonal comfort dishes with an author's twist, think chicken skewers with harissa barbecue and za'atar, kebab asli on grilled pitta, charred cauliflower with tahini and pomegranate, and slow-cooked Black Angus beef short rib. Diners praise the tender beef, the halloumi, the sea bream crudo and standout desserts like the lemon (kaffir) pavlova.

The setting pairs a spacious, contemporary interior decorated with murals by local artist Yeti and a welcoming outdoor courtyard, making it comfortable for relaxed dinners, groups and celebrations. Signature cocktails, natural wine and a friendly, multilingual team round out the experience. Open daily for lunch (12:00–16:00) and dinner (18:00–23:30), closed Mondays.
