WHAT ARRIVES. The occasion, a kids birthday, a christening, an adult party, an office event. The date. A headcount band. A budget hint per head. A time preference and how long they want. Enough to price it without a phone call.

IT IS A SEALED BID. A request may go to several venues, up to six, and NO SIDE EVER SEES A COMPETITOR'S NAME OR PRICE. Not you, not them, not the family until they choose. That is enforced in the plumbing, not by politeness: your messages are checked against your own pairing with that request and nothing the form claims.

YOU HAVE FORTY EIGHT HOURS, and four hours before it closes your phone is pushed to tell you the request closes tonight.

SET YOUR READINESS FIRST. Tick the occasions you host and your maximum guests, and briefs that do not fit stop reaching you. That is the single highest value thing on the page, because the enquiries you cannot serve are the ones that make the whole feature feel like noise.

BUILD THE PACKAGE ONCE. Then a quote is a few fields: price and unit, adult price, what is included, the deposit and when it is due, minimum numbers, extras with prices, a cancellation note, a valid-until, a start time and a duration.

A SENT QUOTE IS FROZEN. Editing your package next month cannot change what a family was already offered. That is the whole reason a quote from here can be shown to a mother in law.

THE MONEY NEVER COMES THROUGH US. Your bank details are checked by our team before any family sees them, and you mark the deposit received yourself. The family pays you.
