Your booking has its own page

Every confirmed booking lives at its own address, carried in the confirmation letter. No password needed. It holds the time, the code and its QR, the number to ring, the way there and the way to cancel.

  1. Open the link in your confirmation letter
  2. Show the code or its QR on arrival
  3. Use Call the venue or Take me there on the way
  4. Add it to your calendar, or to Apple Wallet where that is offered

Whoever holds the letter holds the key. That is the right level of trust for a booking: the venue already knows your name and you already know theirs.

The page deliberately shows very little about you. No surname, no email, no telephone number, no message thread. A code in a web address is a weak secret carried in an inbox, so the page carries only what the letter already carried.

What it does carry is everything you need on the night. The code and its QR, drawn on the page itself so they work without a signal. The venue's number. Directions. A calendar file. And Cancel.

If the booking was declined, the same page offers you other places nearby for the same evening.

Wie das aussieht Standing outside a taverna with the letter open on your phone, the code and the QR are the two biggest things on the page, and they work with no signal.
Gut zu wissen Add it to your calendar from that page, because the calendar entry carries the venue, the time and the code, which is the one place you will certainly look.
