Help centre / Bites Club
Turn Bites into actual things, a coffee, a dessert, sometimes a whole course, funded by venues that want to meet you. Browse the rewards, pick one you can afford, and show the code at the table.
Every reward is offered and paid for by the venue. We do not fund them and we do not take a cut of them.
A redemption produces a six-digit code with a short life. That is deliberate: a code that lasted all week would be a voucher, and a voucher gets screenshotted and shared.
If you redeem by mistake you can cancel it while the code is still live and your Bites come back.
Spending Bites never changes where a venue appears in results, for you or for anybody else.
